While it's quite natural to seek answers in the wake of a tragic incident such as that we have just endured, please direct your questions to your professors or prefects.
Miss Lestrange is not to be badgered nor bothered by anyone. If I hear of any such pestering, I shall be speaking to those responsible in the strongest possible terms.

We would also like to remind everyone that until such time as the Board of Governors, the Headmistress, and the Lord Protector say otherwise, Professor Carrow is still a member of staff and should be referred to as such.
Finally, the Head Boy has asked the other prefects to distribute his rota among the rest of us, with the Headmistress' permission, until further notice. He will still maintain his duties, along with the Head Girl, in leading the prefects, but given his personal involvement in the incident of Friday afternoon, he feels it best if he does not have to patrol the corridors for just now. Please remember that his heroic actions may have saved many others from getting as hurt as Professor Lestrange, or from meeting a tragic end like Miss Abbott.
I know it's difficult to think about anything else, but we hope that tonight's meetings will allow the student body to learn what they have a right to know about what happened and put the issue to rest, so that we can all concentrate on our exams, which will begin tomorrow on-schedule.
Good luck, everyone, on your end-of-year exercises.
